필리핀 결혼비자(Philippine marriage visa) 글을 올리기 전 어디까지나 개인적인 저의 경험을 토대로 작성된 글이니 참고만 하되 보다 자세한 사항은 본인이 직접 법무부 웹사이트나 혹은 전문가에게 의뢰하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각합니다.
하지만 에이전에게 의뢰한다고 해서 비자가 전부 승인되는 것 역시 아닙니다. 모든 것은 한국대사관에서 판단하고 결정하는 것 같습니다. 그러니 모든 것은 본인 책임하에 진행하시고 모두 행복한 결혼 생활을 하시기 기원합니다.

제가 결혼 비자의 포스팅을 하게 된 이유는 이 글을 올리는 이유는 직접 비자를 준비하는 커플들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 하는 마음에 글을 작성합니다. 먼저 저는 에이전씨에게 돈을 주고 의뢰하였습니다. 적다면 적고 크다면 큰돈입니다. 물론 저에게는 큰돈이었으며 막상 비자 준비를 시작하면서 에이전씨에게 의뢰하였음에도 불구하고 비자를 받기까지 많은 스트레스가 동반되는 건 사실입니다. 에이전씨에게 도움을 받은 것이 사실이며 작성해 준 서류 중 일부분은 비자 접수 전 오랜 기간 동안 저와 아내와 함께 수정하여 다시 출력해서 준비하고 비자센터에서 접수하여 어렵게 승인받았습니다. 그래서 현제 필리핀인 아내와 행복하게 살고 있습니다.
The reason I'm posting about marriage visas is because I hope to be of some help to couples who are preparing for their own visas. First, I paid money to the agent and made the request. 비자를 받는 것도 물론 중요하지만 더욱더 중요한 건 비자를 받은 후에 행복하게 결혼 생활을 하는 것이 가장 중요합니다. 결혼 전 혹은 비자를 받기 전까지 잘해주다 막상 한국에서 결혼생활을 시작하면 기대했던 결혼생활과 많은 차이가 있을 수도 있으니 신랑도 아내도 처음처럼 한결같이 노력해서 행복한 결혼생활을 하시기 기원합니다.

블로그를 보면 많은 커플이 급하게 결혼을 하고 비자를 받지 못하는 경우가 많은 것 같습니다. 우선 먼저 알아야 할 부분은 결혼한다고 해서 무조건 비자가 나오는 것이 아닙니다. 결혼은 당사자들이 할 수 있지만 비자는 대한민국 대사관의 승인을 받아야 하기 때문에 결혼 전에 본인이 결혼 후 결혼비자를 받을 수 있는 조건이 되는지 먼저 확인해 보시고 결혼을 준비하시는 것이 조금 이나마 비자를 준비하실 때 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 방법인 것 같습니다.

먼저 비자 서류를 준비하시기 전에 가장 문제가 되는 부분이 의사소통 부분과 경제적인 문제인 것 같습니다.
그중에서도 의사소통이 비자를 승인받는데 가장 스트레스를 받는 부분이며 이 부분이 해결된다면 경제적인 문제는 크게 문제는 없는 것 같습니다.
그래서 결혼 전에 한국인이 영어시험을 보는 것이 비자 준비 시 많은 스트레스를 줄일 수 있습니다. 왜냐하면 모든 비자 서류를 마치고 비자심사 시 필리핀 아내가 한국어 시험에 불허가되면 모든 서류를 처음부터 다시 준비해야 하기 때문에 가능하시 다면 영어시험을 권해드립니다.

한 개의 병원에서 건강검진을 항목을 모두 받으려면 오랜 시간이 소요되므로 여러 병원에서 나누어서 받는 것을 권장합니다. (병원이름, 주소, 연락처, 담당의사 서명이 되어야 하면 모든 진단서의 서류는 병원 원무과에서 컴퓨터로 출력되어야 됨) 병원에서 정식으로 발급된 서류는 병원의 기록장에 서류번호가 등록됩니다.
1-19 Original health certificate - If you are currently working, it is recommed to prepare 2 months before visa application.
It takes a long times to receive all health check-up items at one hospital, so we recommend splitting them up at multiple hospitals.(If the hospital name, address, contact inmormation, and signature of the doctor in charge are required, all medical certificate documents must be printed out on a computer at the hospitals's administration department.)
Documents officially issued by the hospital have their document unmbers registered in the hospital's record book.
* 특히 결핵검사(TB) 검사는 한국대사관에서 지정한 병원에서 검사를 해야 하며

그 외의 검사항목에 대해서는 일반병원 혹은 클리닉에서 하셔도 크게 문제삼지 않는 것 같습니다.

한국 대사관에서 지정한 일부 병원 중 어떤 일부 병원에서는 결혼비자에서 결핵검사가 필수이기 때문에 이를 빌미로 삼아필리핀에서 상대적으로 X-RAY 검사가 비싼 항목에만 문제가 있다고 하며 계속해서 반복하며 재검사를 요구합니다.
* In particular, tuberculosis(TB)testing must be done at a hospital designated by the Korean Embassy.

As for other test items, there doesn't seem to be a big problem if they are done at a general hospical or clinic.

Some of the hospitals designated by the Korean Embassy use this as an excuse because tuberculosis testing is required for marriage visas, saying that the problem is only with items where X-RAY testing is relatively expensive in the Philippines, and they keep repeating it and requesting retesting.

3. 한국어 시험
한국인이 영어 시험 보는 것이 빠르고 안정적인 물론 배우자 또한 비자 신청 전 세종학당을 다니면 좋습니다. 배우자가 임신했을 시 면제됩니다. 외국인 배우자가 한국어 면접에서 탈락시 비자가 불허되며 불허 시 6개월 후에 다시 재 신청할 수 있습니다. 이때 건강검진 또 한 모든 서류가 처음부터 다시 준비해야 하므로 번거롭습니다.
한국어 TOPIK 1급 이상인 경우나, 필리핀에 있는 세종학당 수료증을 받거나 한국인이 영어시험을 보는 것을 권장함.
3. Korean language exam
Not only is it quick and reliable for Koreans to take the English test, but it is also a good idea for their spouses to attend a King Sejong Institute before applying for a visa. Examption if spouse is pregnant. If the foreign spouse is rejected in the Korean language interview, the visa will be denied, If not, the visa can be reapplied after 6 months. At this time, it is cumbersome because the healthe checkup and all documents must be prepared again for scratch.
It is recommended for Korean TOPIK level 1 or higher, to receive a certificate from a King Sejong Institute in the Philippines, or for Korean to take the English test.

2-3 근로소득 원천징수부 (갑종근로소득에 대한 소득세원천징수확인서) - 담당세무서 사무소에서 받으시면 됩니다.
출력 시 매월신고납부대상자 확인용으로 출력하고 , 발급번호, 성명, 주민등록등록번호, 주소, 확인서의 사용목적, 제출처등 모든 항목이 하나도 누락 없이 입력하고 주소등을 입력할 때 현제 주민등록 등본상의 주소와 모든 것이 일치하는지 필히 확인하고 올해 분과, 작년도 1년분을 같이 첨부하시면 됩니다.
2-4 재직증명서 - 서류제출 1개월 전
재직서의 인적사항에 성명, 영문성명, 주민등록번호, 주소, 사용처 등 포함하여 누락 및 오타가 없게 준비할 것.
2-6 소득입증 서류(선택사항) *이 항목 역시 선택사항이지만 준비할 때 함께 하시는 걸 권장합니다.
은행에 직접 방문하여 3개월분 "유동성 거래내역조회서"와 은행방문한 날로부터 작년분 "급여 이체내역서 "
은행직원에게 비자발급 시 필요하다고 말하고 한글로 출력된 문서만 필요함!

4. 등기부등본 - 등기소
임대인인 경우 임대차 계약서 사본 1부 포함. 세입자인 경우 계약자가 본인이거나 본인의 직계가족 이름으로 되어야 됨.
5-1 공통필수 (교제경위, 혼인의 진정성을 입증할 수 있는 서류 A4 용지 최대 5장 이상은 비자센터에서 접수받지 않습니다. *별도 정해진 양식은 없으며 깔끔하고 간결하게 본인의 개인의 성향에 맞게 작성하시면 됩니다.
